Ireland delivery

Orders are usually handled within 24 to 48 hours after payment clears. Allow an estimated 5 to 7 days for standard delivery after handling.

Standard delivery is free when the discounted basket total is €100 or more. A flat €25 charge applies below €100. The charge is shown in the basket before payment. We do not offer a separately priced express or next-day service.

Tracking and split parcels

We email tracking after dispatch. Items from one order may travel in separate parcels and arrive on different days.

Problems with delivery

Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order reference if a parcel is late, lost or damaged. We will investigate with the delivery provider.
