About these terms

These terms apply when you use gutterguards.irish or order from Gutter Guards Company, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. Our contact details and addresses appear in the footer.

Orders and payment

Prices are in euros. Delivery charges and the order total are shown before payment. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send confirmation. If stock is unavailable or a material pricing error affects an order, we will contact you and provide a full refund if the order cannot proceed.

Product choice and safe use

Check gutter dimensions, product dimensions, pack quantities and installation requirements before ordering. Product guidance is general and cannot account for every roof or gutter. Work at height can be dangerous; use suitable equipment and a competent professional where appropriate.

Delivery

We normally handle orders within 24 to 48 hours. Standard Ireland delivery is estimated at 5 to 7 days after handling, costs €25 below €100 and is free from €100 after discounts. See our Shipping page.

Cancellations, returns and faults

Our Refunds & Returns page explains the 15-day shop return policy, the statutory 14-day cancellation right for eligible distance purchases, and remedies for goods that are faulty or not as described.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Irish law, and mandatory protections under Irish and EU consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022, continue to apply.
