Allow an estimated 5 to 7 days for standard delivery after handling. Standard delivery is free when the discounted basket total is €100 or more. A flat €25 charge applies below €100. The charge is shown in the basket before payment. We do not offer a separately priced express or next-day service. Tracking and split parcels We email tracking after dispatch. Items from one order may travel in separate parcels and arrive on different days. Problems with delivery Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order reference if a parcel is late, lost or damaged. We will investigate with the delivery provider.",

We will provide the correct return address; the Ireland administration address does not accept returns. Changing your mind For eligible online purchases, Irish and EU consumer law generally gives you 14 days from delivery to tell us you are cancelling, followed by 14 days to return the goods. Our shop policy gives you 15 days from delivery to request a return. We apply the longer 15-day notification window. Return unwanted goods unused and in their original packaging where possible. You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. There is no handling, restocking or cancellation deduction. We refund the eligible amount, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge, to the original payment method within the statutory timeframe. You may handle an item only as needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning; you can be responsible for diminished value caused by further handling. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing goods Contact us promptly if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or not as described. Irish consumer law provides remedies that may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances. We cover reasonable return costs when the goods are faulty or we supplied the wrong item. Cancelling before dispatch Contact us as soon as possible. If an order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it without a service or handling fee. Once dispatched, use the returns process above.
